At RingRev.io, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. Our refund policy is designed to provide a fair and transparent process for our customers. Please review the following terms regarding refunds:
Refund Eligibility
FOR CALL QUALITY
We pride ourselves in generating consumer initiated inbound calls of high intent as well as working with select publishers who have been vetted for quality and conversions. In the event there is a call that comes in where the interest / intent is not in line with the product offering. Contact us via email and submit the recording. Once reviewed and confirmed the intent is out of the realm of acceptability, we will credit back your account.
FOR OTHER REASONS
In instances where RingRev is unable to provide the calls you paid for, RingRev will refund all costs minus merchant fees. Other requests will be individually assessed to determine eligibility.
NOT ELIGIBLE
For any clients who purchase calls and are deemed guilty of violating our Best Practices by either employing buzzer beating tactics or other methods in an attempt to skirt the duration will not be eligible for refunds and will be charged 25-75% of the costs associated with cutting calls short in an attempt to avoid the duration.
Processing Time
Refund requests can take up to 5-10 business days to process from the date of request.
Processing Fee
Please note that all refunds are subject to a 3-5% processing fee.
